Ivy Cottage is a two bedroomed stone built property which originated from stables. It has recently received a makeover and now has a contemporary decor throughout. Hopefully, we have everything you will need to help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

With a cosy wood-burning stove set on a reclaimed natural stone hearth in the spacious lounge, Wi-Fi access, a walk-in shower room, modern kitchen facilities, and private parking, you’ll feel right at home in our inviting Northumberland cottage.

All areas are accessible to our guests. Ivy Cottage has a large garage where guests are welcome to leave their bikes etc. The garage also hosts a
shower room which you are welcome to use for wash your dog after a muddy walk.

Located just a short stroll from the centre of the historic market town of Bellingham, Northumberland, you'll have easy access to welcoming pubs, independent shops, cosy cafés, and takeaway options. With a wide range of outdoor activities right on your doorstep, it’s the perfect base for your countryside getaway.

Directions

From Newcastle, take the A69 west towards Hexham for around 14 miles. Near Corbridge, turn right onto the A68 and head north for about 12 miles. Then, turn left onto Redesmouth Road (B6320) and follow the signs to Bellingham. Drive through Redesmouth village and continue into Bellingham. After passing Bellingham Middle School on your left, you’ll reach a T-junction—turn sharply right here. Continue for roughly 200 metres, then turn left onto Kings Street (just opposite the Co-op). Take the next right onto Back of Kings Street, and Ivy Cottage is a short distance ahead on the left.
